I don't suppose a guide is needed, but just in case : you need to step out of the shuttle for this achievement to pop (
on Xbox).
For those needing a bigger explanation :
Once you are advanced enough in the game where you leave Sylva's orbit* (the planet where you start) using a Shuttle you can then choose a planet or moon to go to.
For this achievement you need to select Calidor, the Arid planet.
My advice if it's your first trip outside of Sylva is to go to Desolo and bring as much ressources as you can, you'll need them and progress through the game before going to Calidor.
