For this, you need a Chemistry Lab, which can be made with the medium printer after purchasing the blueprint for 1,250 bytes. You'll need 1 Ceramic, 1 Tungsten, and 1 Glass to make the Chemistry Lab. After that, there are 12 different products to make. You'll need the Atmospheric Condensor as well to get fuel for the later products.

Rubber = Organic + Resin
Plastic = Compound + Carbon
Aluminum Alloy = Aluminum + Copper
Tungsten Carbine = Carbon + Tungsten
Graphene = Graphite + Hydrazine
Hydrazine = Ammonium x 2 + Hydrogen (Fuel)
Diamond = Graphene x 2
Silicone = Resin + Quartz + Methane (Fuel)
Explosive Powder = Carbon x2 + Sulfer (Fuel)
Steel = Carbon + Iron + Argon (Fuel)
Titanium Alloy = Titanium + Graphene + Nitrogen (Fuel)
NanonCarbon Alloy = Steel + Titanium Alloy + Helium (Fuel)

RESOLUTION EDIT: As of 1.07, the issue with 1.06 has been fixed. If you were like me and got screwed by 1.06, just simply make whatever you were missing and your achievement will unlock.
