May 2023 the achievement hasn’t unlocked for me when I visited for the first time.

I don't suppose a guide is needed, but since it's the first celestial body you'll probably visit, you need to step out of the shuttle for this achievement to pop (
on Xbox).
For those needing a bigger explanation :
Once you are advanced enough in the game where you leave Sylva's orbit* (the planet where you start) using the Small Shuttle you can then choose a planet or moon to go to.
For this achievement you need to select Desolo, the moon of Sylva, closest celestial body available.
My advice if it's your first trip outside of Sylva is to bring as much ressources as you can, you'll need them.
