To solve an EXO Dynamics Research Aid you simpy need to connect enough power to it.
Either you have one next to your base and you can use Extenders to connect to your power grid like I did. Be careful with extenders : they have a direction !

If it's too far or you didn't find Extenders or can't make them yet, you can still bring a few Small Wind Turbines / Small Solar Panels / Small Generators in your backpack and connect them to the EXO Dynamics Research Aid in a single line. Note : you can use the small generators directly on the ground (and chain them)
You can even use packaged Medium Generators (or Wind/Solar) with a platform.

EDIT : I found another type of EXO Dynamics Research Aid that needed the correct type of resource, in this particular case it was Laterite. So just connect a bundle of Laterite that you collected with the Terrain Tool and put it in the slot of the EXO Dynamics Research Aid, it will consume it and unlock !
If you are unsure of what the resource is match the icon on the EXO Dynamics Research Aid with the table of resources available in the Astropedia Menu (Start then RB twice).
