One of the best ways to get this achievement is to use a character that you've already beaten the game with and therefore maxed out the Supa-Weapon on.
Take your time and don't make mistakes. Should you come close to losing, wait until the last possible moment to unleash your Supa-Weapon. If you use it as soon as you get it, you won't have it when you need it. After using, let it recharge and don't use it again until the last possible moment before death.

Your best bet is to attempt this with a character that you’ve beaten the game with, so the supa weapon is maxed out. Surviving 5 minutes isn’t all that bad. Take your time without making mistakes, and if you get stuck, use the supa weapon at the last possible second.
