No, it can be done in "Survival Game".
At first, progress of Vector's classic game needed.
(I did this achievement with Vector had upgraded 6 times, clearing level 24)
When "SUPA Weapon Gauge" reached MAX, unleash SUPA Weapon and hit Y repeatedly with moving left and right, clearing bricks.

I didn't even think to try this in survival mode. This is better than the normal mode as you have all the power ups straight away AND you build up the supa weapon at least twice in the same game.

got it on my first try. Vector's weapon fully maxed out is extremely powerful here. the first activation i messed up a little and got 2 clears, and the second activation i easily got 3 clears.

Best done with Vector and a his Supa weapon with maxed out stats. Try to stay in level 1 as long as possible until your supa weapon is ready to use. At the start of level 2, clear as many rows as you can as quick as possible, then immediately start at one side of the screen with your supa weapon to the other. Go back and forth as quick as possible, clearing the screen. It’s mildly difficult, but with a little practice, you’ll get it right.
