Props to PrimalLiquid for his excellent tutorial videos. I followed his guide for making the ultimate damage item, the Twilight Prism. A single use caused over 140,000 damage. His recommended traits to add were:
God Throw = Strong Throw x Transcendent Mastery
Demon Flare = Extremely Devastating x Devil's Brand
Demon Throw = Strong Throw x Devil's Brand
And, of course, do your best to max the effects.
This item also helped greatly to defeat Frenzied Elvira on Very Hard. If you're going to use it, save it for when her aura is off.
