Watcher's fury is a random event which happen not so often (but I think there is one which is part of the story)
The screen will turn white and an ominous music will play, then you'll be transported in an area where you'll face a large number of ennemies.

The Watcher’s Fury is a side quest. Head out into the Vast Desert and get Sand Sliding to the Watcher’s Fury waypoint. You will be attacked by a group of wraiths, and what follows is something of a trial. Make good use of your Sanskin parry (
) and your evade (
