How to unlock the All There Is achievement in Atlas Fallen - Definitive Guide
This achievement will require getting 29 Perk Points to obtain and max upgrade all Perks. Perk points are only obtained by upgrading armor. So, if you follow the guide for "Fine Feathers for Fine Friends" (obtaining 10 sets of armor), all you have to do is rank each set up and each upgrade will give you 1 upgrade point.
If you are post game and need more essence dust to pay for the armor upgrades, I found it much easier to slide around the desert on the 1st map. The other maps, the creatures seemed way too scarce. If you run into a Watchtower event, you can net 20,000-30,000 essence; Repeating the final boss, only gives you 5000 essence and not time efficient. The monsters generally give 2000-4000 essence and if you stay on the 1st map they are pretty abundant and will accrue quickly.

As in Geared Up , you will have to get to upgrade your armour with Essence Dust. Every time you upgrade a level, you will unlock a Perk Token. These can be used in the Perks menu (also found at Anvils). In order to get enough Perk Tokens, you will need to upgrade all the armour sets in the game. See Fine Feathers Make Fine Birds for armour set details.
