Flawless Victory
Kill a Colossal Wraith without taking damage

How to unlock the Flawless Victory achievement in Atlas Fallen - Definitive Guide
If you want to do this achievement solo, the easiest method by far is by facing a Heaver. You can find one just south east of the swamp in The Black Alms. These enemies take a single hit to kill once you've destroyed all their orbs, and the attacks are probably the easiest to dodge out of all the colossal wraiths.
Stack your build with damage, and take out the orbs as quickly as you can while dodging the attacks. Make sure to jump over the wall of momentum drain it sends at you every now and again.
Use one of each of Biting Sandstorm and Stalling Sandstorm on two of the orbs, and activate Enkindled Iron. These two orbs should die to the tornados, which should hopefully take out the smaller adds at the same time.
Head round the rest of the orbs, closing the gap with the Sandwhip and spamming basic attacks with the Knuckledust. With all your essence stones active, they should only take a few hits each.
Watch out for the momentum drain wall, and if the orbs get brought to the Heaver's body or raise in the air, dodge out of the way. Kill the small adds if needed, otherwise just dodge.
Once all the orbs are dead, attack the Heaver once and it should die, giving you the achievement if you didn't take damage. The whole fight should be over in about 20s, especially on easy difficulty. It took me a few tries but this was definitely the easiest strategy for me. Happy hunting!

The reason for using the Idol of Momentum is because we don't need healing, given we're trying not to be hit at all. I can't confirm 100% but as I was taking out the orbs I got hit by the sand/momentum draining wall a couple times, I finished the fight anyway just to get a feel for the build, while still trying to avoid damage. To my surprise the achievement did unlock when I shattered the boss at the end. No clue if I got lucky or what but just a heads up for anyone doing this boss fight. Finish the fight even if you get hit by the sand wall.

just got all achievements, last being this. good idea for the build fair play, makes sense now go all out damage.
i actually used this build and location for this achievement, only the heaver werent there, possibly because of a corruption being there.
i cleared the corruption instead and i never got hit due to the glass build, and i got the achievemnt.
again top idea for the idol of momentum that was the turning point for me. managed to get 2 full momentum bar hits on marauder wraith.

EDIT: This trophy is missable to my understanding. Below will be a guide for the first available opportunity to obtaining this.
SOLO METHOD - Quest/Location, Boss Details and Strategy
Towards the end of the Quest “The Path to Bastengar”. You will have a quest step to “Defeat the Marauder”. This is the first map you start at in the game, it’s towards the end before you leave to the next map.
This is a Colossal Wraith and is fairly easy to defeat without taking damage, you just need to be careful.
There will be an Anvil near the quest marker, activate it and make a SAVE in case you scuff an attempt.
Attacks:
— Frontal charge: Will automatically attempt to close in the gap and slam his arms into the ground as he approaches you, you can simply double jump and dash out of the way here.
— Frontal arm sweep: has a ridiculously bad hit box, can hit you easily if you don’t dash immediately on the flash.
— Front Arm Sweep (with a 180° turn): Second variation of the arm sweep, will trigger when you’re behind the wraith attacking its legs. Can also clock you easily if you don’t dodge away fast enough.
— Mouth bite: seems to only trigger when in mid air in front of the mouth. Dash away in the air.
— Slam: Telegraphed with a blue flash, just sand slide across the arena as you notice it starting, a blue spot will spawn on the ground telling you where it will slam, then jump as it slams the ground, the shockwave can damage you if you’re in the vicinity of it, if you don’t jump.
— Stingers: The Colossal Wraith will spawn 2-3 of these lesser wraiths frequently, try to separate them by sand sliding around and jumping out of the way of the boss as he attempts to attack, hit them in the air. Avoid their sting attack and blue projectile attack.
The strategy:
There are SIX damage-able spots to destroy: Face, Chest Plate, both arms and both legs.
I heavily recommend the DISRUPTIVE THROW essence stone (unlocks during the “HONING YOUR SKILLS” Side Quest, located in the Dead Center of the Caladrias Map, in the desert). I had mine upgraded to Tier 1. This ability STUNS the Colossal Wraith for 7 seconds at the first upgrade tier, leaving you free to slam away during this time. LOST TEMPER essence is also handy for dealing extra damage.
Use this ability in mid air and as soon as it’s charged, but be in close enough range for it to register as a hit, it’s range isn’t very good.
***If you register a hit with Disruptive Throw as the boss jumps back, it can glitch and not stun at the time, so be careful.
Once you’ve dealt with the face and chest plate (you’ll most likely have some damage put into the limbs too due to wide attacks from your character), you may have all 3 momentum charges filled. I would just use shatter at this point. This deals an absurdly insane amount of damage.
Your momentum should be filled to max if you’ve dealt with all the stingers spawned and destroyed at least 2 limbs fully on the boss. Otherwise, just continue stunning with Disruptive Throw and whacking away until you do fill the 3 bars.
With a little perseverance and patience, this achievement will be yours!

Do the Colossals respawn anywhere post game? I'm scaling through all maps and not having any luck finding any.
By Demon Slayer050 on 17 Dec 2023 04:16
I don’t think so, as I’ve tried looking in open world spots myself. I’ve never actually got to finish the game cause new games kept coming this fall season, so I’m not 100% sure, but I’m 99% sure they don’t respawn.

Hi All,
Easily done in co-op. Player chasing the achievement must land 1-2 hits on the colossal foe, then run back to safety. Player 1 then steps in and kills the colossal foe. If player 2 gets hit just dashboard the game and repeat it.

The Colossal Wraiths are those big horrible ones—crabs, scorpions, apelike monsters. You can do this one of two ways. The first is to get very nifty with your parry and your evade. If you memorise the attack patterns of these lumberers, and parry three times in a row, you will freeze them on the spot. Then go in for heavy damage and back out again. The fights will take a while, but they’re not actually technically very difficult.
The easiest way, however, and the cheeky way, is to play in co-op, rush in and wallop one of the beasts, then run away and let your friend fight them. The achievement will unlock, and you won’t have done anything.

If you want to do this achievement solo, the easiest method by far is by facing a Heaver. You can find one just south east of the swamp in The Black Alms.
