How to unlock the Miner achievement in Atlas Fallen - Definitive Guide
For this one, you can't just lure the wraith into the mines. You have to throw them back at him, at least the red ones that are 'floating'.
You should get as much life out of him and then, take a medium distance and use the 'whip' to throw the mines (red) back at him.
You DON´T NEED to defeat him JUST USING THE MINES, you can take all the life beforehand, just FINISH IT USING THE MINES.
(If you have better advice in the comments, I will update the guide)

In the black Alms map the 4th map. by the swamps there is a scatterer which is guarding a piece of armor from a quest. What I did was I cornered it to a wall a castle wall to be precise and it got stuck there. From there onward get close to him until it releases the bombs dont wait for them to detonate. Make sure you use your whip close to him to detonate them. then voila cheevo XD

The Scatterer is a Wraith that scatters things (good eh?), and the things that it scatters are mines. To unlock this trophy, what you need to do (as with Shatterer ) is whittle the Scatterer’s health down to near zero. When it spits its mines out toward you, kite backwards and see if you can coax it into the path of its own red mines. When it dies, this trophy will unlock.
When you encounter a Scatterer, you'll notice this one will let off a handful of Mines periodically.
The aim is to bring its health right down so it is low, then use your weapon to essentially bat the Mines into the enemy. The mines will explode after about 5 seconds or so once they are fired out, you have time to position yourself and will also have numerous to bat.
Note that smaller enemies will spawn occasionally, so worth being mindful if you're slashing at them and the Scatterer together.
To locate the enemies, open your map and hit , this will filter through a few options within the map. You will be able to see if a Scatterer is in the map (along with other enemies). Switch around until you find him.

If you knock out after the end of the game, the mob may not spawn.
In this case, the only way to find the desired mob is to force Watcher's Fury while wandering through the open desert. It worked for me in each of two attempts in different regions (WILDLANDS and THE BLACK ALMS)

When he throws out mines, you need to jerk them towards the enemy.
