You should get this one naturally during your progression.
You can get the process smoother by adding chances stone to your gauntlet, changing your armor for the one that have more luck, and shattering the ennemy when you kill it (all ennemies drop one specific stone which can be tracked on the bestiary)
You'll be also able to buy some, and find them in chests... There are plenty of them and definitely more than 25
