There are a total of 23 Vantage Points on the four maps in the game. The Vantage Points mark on your map the activities of the map and show you selected chests (not all!) For Achievement you need only 20/23 Vantage Points.

In the video, I'm standing right next to a Vantage point, and I turn around once in a circle so that you can see the complete surroundings and where the Vantage point is.
