You activate this quest by opening a particular chest in the Wildlands. The chest is here:
Enhance:
Once you have opened that chest, you will get the quest marker for The Imprisoned Priest. It will ask you to go here:
There, in a door off to the left as you enter, you will find a priest in a prison cell. Talk to him, and this trophy will unlock.

** Text guide if preferred**
In the the very North-East part of the map ‘MONSALAR’ (3rd map you visit and is stated in the top left of the screen) - you will come across Priest’s Refuge.
It is a large tower that will be near an Anvil. Go up a large staircase and a doorway will be blocked by a guard requesting 500 coins. Pay the bribe and inside will be some jail cells.
On the right hand side, third cell along is a ‘Deviant Priest’. Speak with him and you will unlock the achievement.
