How to unlock the 27 Club achievement in ATOM RPG - Definitive Guide
Forewarning: This guide utilizes console commands and will be written accordingly. A USB keyboard plugged into your Xbox is also required in order to access the game's console.
Accessing the Console:
This sadistic achievement would have you suffer through some grueling XP grinding while avoiding death at every turn, then forcing you to kill off your character at EXACTLY level 27 (not level 28 and beyond). Since Survival mode is a permadeath playthrough, this would completely wipe your save file. Fortunately though, this can be earned in the first 5-10 minutes of a fresh game with the use of console commands, bypassing the need for you to throw away countless hours of hard work.
Start a new-game on Survival difficulty, and as soon as you're able to take control of your character open the console following the directions above and use the command "AddLevel 26". Since you start off at level 1, this command with increase you to the necessary level 27.
Once this is done, you can then proceed onwards with the game to killing yourself. The earliest opportunity for this will be when you reach the town of "Otradnoye" for the first time. Directly in front of you at the South gate is an armed guard and a dog. Engage them both in combat and let them kill you to pop your achievement.
Edit: Thanks to Xu%C3%A4k for the tip that you can use the "AddLevel" command instead of adding XP.
Note: As you'll be killing off your character anyways, I suggest you combine this achievement with the "Savant" achievement to save time. A guide for that can be found here:

For sure, I know I'd be ticked if I had to get to level 27 legit only to wipe my save

Does using these console commands go against the TA rules?

If you have completed all the quests in the game except the finale (this is where the showdown with mushroom pickers is at their base in KRZ), you will be somewhere around lvl 22 -23, then the place for farming experience experience will be here (photo attached), there are often demons and offspring, experience from 600 to 860 in one skirmish, having farmed somewhere around 25 lvl, we kill our partners (RDX and Fidel), for them you will receive 10% of the experience they have gained, which will be approximately 27 lvl (estimate roughly from the experience gain table on the levels, I’m also attaching it), then you go and die, the main thing before all this is to throw your save into the cloud, so that you can roll back your progress if you need it, since in survival the save will be deleted when you die.
