In the South East corner outside of the village you will find an abandoned building. Inside flip the light switch on the wall to your immediate left to reveal a light source coming from underneath the bed, this will allow you to interact with the bed and move it away, revealing a secret passage. Flip the light switch once more before heading down, otherwise the rat will stay in hiding.
Inside you will find the Nutcracker to your right and the rat to the left. Defeat this rat to reclaim the sword by looting its corpse, and interact with the Nutcracker after equipping the sword to your hands to return it to its rightful owner, awarding you this achievement in return.
