How to unlock the Chop Chop Chop achievement in Atomic Heart - Definitive Guide
You encounter Belyash during the mission "The Show Must go on" as you reach the Theatre. The Theatre entrance looks suspiciously like a boss arena and this is where Belyash will spawn.
To get the Chop Chop Chop achievement to pop pop pop you'll need to complete this boss fight with Melee weapons only. Using any form of elemental damage or firearm seems to void this achievement, so suggest using melee throughout.
Thankfully Belyash is a relatively easy boss fight. He has slow obvious melee attacks and lunges, the only thing that might catch you out is the ground pound similar to what Hedgie used. Just jump over the orange shockwaves to avoid damage. Once Belyash drops down to 50% health he'll start using a flamethrower attack that also sets the grass on fire. While he's spraying try to get behind him to land a few blows. I found charging a heavy attack and hitting him when he lunged worked well for me throughout the fight.
Once he goes down, you should get both achievements. If not, load a previous save to try again and hopefully it pops the second time around!

Today (25.02.2023 - patch 1.0.5) I got achievement.
I used Frostbite and Polymeric Jet abilities, but really it useless. It didn't cause any damage
I watched videos with a previous patch and now Belyash has much more health

Found a Belyash at the top of the Exhibition mission. Killed it with melee and got nothing. Is this bugged or is the achievment location-specific?

When you get to the theater in the mission "Show Must Go On" (in the same surveillance area as testing ground 11, circular island across a bridge, has a tall 4 columned arch with a sphere beneath it). you will have to fight Belyash to progress.
If you done all of the Testing Grounds needed, some Farming and have the "ZVEZDOCHKA" fully upgraded With the following:
1) Extra Saw 4 (located at polygon 8)
2) Saw Dance 4 (located at polygon 1)
3) Ergonomic Handle 4 (might start with it?)
also upgraded "Energy Management" up to max.
with a maxed Character, maxed Energy Management, maxed ZVEZDOCHKA, on "Peaceful Atom" difficulty, i killed it in less than a minute with "SAW DANCE" using a little more than 4 bars of energy in one go.
TLDR: SAW DANCE WORKS

FYI: the Ergonomic Handle is located at the beginning of Polygon 1. I just remember it being raised on a shelf or suspended on a pallet in one of the first rooms I entered on the left side, I believe. I hope this helps.

Belyash is the second main boss in the game and you face him before entering the theater area. Like the strike achievement, we must defeat him only with a melee weapon, in my case I used ZVEZDOCHKA but any works fine. It's an easy battle even playing on Hardcore, just use your charged attack to do more damage and learn its patterns to dodge it.
I leave you a video with the battle in the highest difficulty.

You need a large version of "Belyash", which will meet you in front of the theater entrance. Small versions that are found in the open world do not count.
In terms of killing tactics, everything is banally simple, pump up any melee weapon that is convenient for you to the maximum, for me it was an ax. And we stock up on first aid kits. Next, we jump around the map and cause damage while dodging attacks.

You will meet the white guy in the story towards the end of the game. In my opinion, the most convenient weapon to fight him is the Pate. Fast, does a lot of damage, + you can add a modification to ranged combat so that Sergei throws the blade forward. This way you can keep your distance while still dealing damage. This will give you a big advantage.

Cold + polymer throw + freezing cassette module and the boss stops in place. In this way he took away 80-90 percent of him, using a fully pumped up sprocket. Difficulty is maximum.
It also works quite well on other bosses encountered. I didn’t check the hedgehog, because at that time the cold had not yet been pumped, like the cassette players, but Natasha and the ivy fly off for their dear soul.
