You can get it from the slide that leads to the house with the Coin under the broken roof. There's a bee going around and if you time it right, you can snatch it on your way off. You can still go back on the slide and do a u-turn if you miss it. It's at 30% and some.

This might be useful to know for the players who already nabbed the gold coin from the Pchela prior to June 2024 when the DLC's tardy Achievements were released: I had already acquired the gold coin from the Pchela in question on my save-file. So, while I was prepared to start a new playthrough and rush to the "70% island" in the Avenue of Speed to unlock this, after I farmed 77 gold coins and unlocked "Overkill," this Achievement surprisingly yet thankfully unlocked once I quit to the Main Menu.
