Edit: In the Feline Good Update, Soil pH Meter was changed so that there is only a 50% chance that weeds will turn into flowers. This shouldn't be a big deal if you have chickens or turkeys since they should get rid of the weeds, however, it will take longer for the flowers to spawn. This may make this method to get the achievement not as effective.

I think that the Soil pH Meter was the most useful. I didn't actively and fully try for this achievement; I was going through my run hoping I would get it, but not fully expecting to get it. I tried to pick up as many earthquake scrolls as I could, till the soil and not plant anything on my farm. At night I would come back to the farm and harvest as many flowers as I could and if I got hit by an enemy, I would collect the flowers that I would get from the Blood Bouquet upgrade. The chickens and turkeys on my farm didn't really contribute that much to me getting flowers.

Notes: I got this achievement around the release of the Feline Good release for consoles.
