To unlock this, just equip the following...
Weapons Type: Electricity
Volume of Fire: Triple Back
This took me a long time due to the randomness of unlocking Triple Back. Regular and Lateral Triple shots don't pop this achievement.
I'm pretty sure this is a reference to the Back to the Future movie where Marty McFly is sent 'back to 1985' which is the unlock text on the achievement.
