In some rooms, you will come across a hacker orb. This looks like the giant green orbs you see in each regular level that award you XP, except the hacker orb is blue.
When you absorb the hacker orb, a couple of enemies will appear and you will get a button sequence prompt on the screen. You will want to fail the prompt. Doing so will cause some sort of distortion that makes the level a bit tougher to complete. Completing the level at this point will net you this achievement.
To make this achievement MUCH easier, avoid the room with the hacker orb when you first see it (entering the room will lock you in until you activate it). Instead, complete the rest of the level, up to the point where the green (or red) exit portal is spawned. Now, return to the hacker room and fail it. Now you can just make your way to the exit portal without having to worry about killing a bunch of enemies.
