During some of your runs, you will see a large circle on the ground with pictographs of different weapons and a colored gem in the middle.
If you have the indicated weapon equipped, you can stand on the gem. Depending on the color, it will have a different negative effect (i.e deplete some of your life, deplete some of your XP). Once you stand on the gem long enough to fulfil the requirement, you will receive a reward (i.e blue module orb) as well as this achievement.
