The Ship Reactors are the green glowing balls that take a full clip to blow up.. The Achievement will unlock after you kill the boss, because he is the last reactor.

You'll see the reactors in this level which you need to shoot and destroy. The hard part about this achievement is having the time to shoot them. Therefore, you will want people helping you on other controllers.
