When you load up the game and choose any movie it will then give you the option to select either 2D or 3D. Be sure to select 3D and play til the end of the movie (around 5-6 mins if you dont die).
You dont even have to where the 3D glasses if you dont want but I reccomend it just for one level to experience it.

Selecting the movie (the mission), you will have a choice between playing in 2D or 3D. Pick 3D and after you complete the level the acheivement will unlock. You choose every single level you play, it is not a setting that will be permanent.
