During the Tutorial level after learning how to use your ODM gear and attacking the small and large dummy titans, you will arrive at a wooded area along with most of the other cadets.
When the timer starts, you need to eliminate more of these dummy titans than any of the other cadets.
The achievement will unlock after either all the dummys have been eliminated or the timer reaches 0.
