For this achievement, just complete Chapter 3 of Attack Mode as a natural progression of the story.

Because you are writing down obvious solutions, even if, IMO, pointing out when you can earn the achievement can be useful.

It is not a fair explanation, many solutions both here and online on each of the guides on the web report the same "obvious" solutions for this type of achievements.
However, this does not justify a negative vote simply because the explanation is as obvious as the achievement itself.
In this case, furthermore, there is no description in the chevo that specifies anything related to the history of the game, so i may not be aware that simply by playing the game i get every character and its associated achievement.
For those who voted negatively can be obvious, for all those who seek a solution is the exact opposite: how can i obtain all the characters in this game? Do i have to buy them, win them, fight them...? NO just play. Simple but IMHO not so obvious.
