I can't find any of these, are you supposed to wait until after a specific case to start getting them? I'm only 25% of the way through the cases.

Also, the video in your solution doesn't work anymore, I looked up MrCdric directly on YouTube and made my own playlist of his Madcop vids, although the locations aren't spawning the parts yet.

Nevermind, got this last night when MadCop Part 1 opened up. Also, for the videos that use the Tribun, you can substitute in the C11 Formula-1 car, it's what worked for me on the Tribun jumps.
