Pretty simple... Just start the Patrol in any car you'd like, I did this in the first car I had, then find an open stretch of road and just reverse for 200 meters.

To reverse hold the button. Keep reversing until the achievement unlocks.

Just drive backwards on any mode for a total of 200m. It only takes about 1-2mins of driving backwards. It should pop right after
