I got this on the mission "Poisoned Beer" you will come to a slope down hill part. So when you get to the strait roadway around 1,200 meters, hold the gas and you will approach the slope and get this achievement and, "A Deep Fall"

Hit a train which should send you under the map as this also counts as jumping. If it doesn't work, go to the bridge on the Autobahn and jump over it.
