This is done via a high speed impact. You can either hit a car on the autobahn at very his speed, or choose the easier method which is to travel the wrong way on the autobahn, and hit oncoming traffic head on at anything above 160kph.

If you crash into vehicles going 280kph they will explode. Do this 100 times. The fastest way to get this is by crashing into the big trucks as they cause a big enough explosion to sometimes take out cars next to them.
