Spawn at Harbor Quay with the Tribun and hurry up to the track and get nailed by the train. When you get hit by the train pause the game right as your damage is at or past 90 percent (but before 100 obviously), respawn at the same place and repeat. It saves you time because when you reach 100% damage, it tells you your engine exploded and you have to wait to be able to spawn again. You will get over 900k each time. I had 27 million damage by the time I started this and it was my last achievement. It doesn't take long and you only need 100 million not 1 billion.

Just repeat that 1000 times and the achievement is yours. You'll probably have to get it all in one sitting as shuting off your 360 will probably void the achievement.
After doing you'll this achievement you'll probably want to bathe with a toaster. I'm working on this achievement right now.

you only need to repeat 100 times the tribon is worth 1 million, and the achievement is for 100 million shouldnt take more then an hour

The easiest place to do this is Harbor Quay, because you will spawn a few feet from the railway track. Make sure to use the Tribun, and move forward as soon as the level has loaded, because a goods train will be in front of you within a few seconds, and if you don't, you'll miss it.
Move forward and sit across the tracks. The train will drag you along, and usually cause 1m damage very easily.
If you have already done the 10m achievement, and finished the campaign, you probably have less than 80m left to get.
The entire cycle using this train method allows you to get 1m in around 26 seconds, so if you stick at it, this should take 44 minutes for the entire 100m, and 35 minutes for the 80m.

Use the same method as "Running Amok". Each time you total your car it's worth 1 million damage, so if you started at ZERO damage it should take 100 times to get the achievement. Save this as one of your last achievements, I did every other achievement and had about 20 million in damage. Once you get the hang of it, it takes about 2 minutes to get to the train station and cause your car to get totaled. There is a damage counter in the "duty roster" page.
