You first will need the technology to produce a skep, which becomes available pretty much mid game.

Then you need to find a tree with bees of which there normally are 4 somewhere around on the map.

Then use a mallet on the tree to get the beehive and put that into a skep.

You will need to have some flowers around for the bees to produce honey.

When the bar shows full then you can use a bucket to farm the honey.

You should automate the honey faming with a bot as you will need quite a lot of honey for cooking.
