How to unlock the Autotooly achievement in Autonauts - Definitive Guide
Easiest way to go about this is early/mid game when you have lots of bots and lots of resources.
Best bet is to build a forest, which is touched on in the tutorial, and then having a bot chop trees, a bot dig up stumps, and a bot planting seeds.
You'll also need a few bots to collect sticks (from the trees you chop) and rocks (from a stone source). Have them collect and bring said items to storage, ideally 3 stacked boxes.
Then, another set of bots to build the various tools.
(Will take screenshots of my command chain for each when I get off work)

Unluckily tools in the game are used up pretty fast, a crude chisel for example can only even be used 5 times and will need to be replaced then.
Luckily the crude tools don't need many resouces just a branch and a stone or something similar for a lot, of which you should have enough from other automated production lines.
So you should automate some bots to produce the tools your other bots need to work for you.
I started creating the tools myself but pretty early noticed, that for the tools you need often, this is a very bad idea and the bots to do that for you are pretty easy to set up.
