This is quite an easy one, after you have the facility for producing mobile storages, just one wheelbarrow will be enough.
It counts when you take something out of a mobile storage so just take 4 resources and put them in and out of the wheelbarrow. If you are lazy to do the 1k clicks you ould even automate a robot to do this for you.
In my opinion there is not much use for mobile storages in the game as you an simply move your stationary storages around by placing them somewhere else.
And normally the bot should do almost everything for you so not much need to move around resources yourself.
