This one takes quite some work you need to fulfill every tasks including the ones from stage 8, so it will pop after completing the last stage 8 task.
The production lines and tasks to do will get more complex and work with every stage so this will normally take you at least 80 hours unles you are really fast and productive.
Most work will be producing several castles and all the level 7 resources to make your colonists happy a few times.
This will include books, toys, art, clothes, medcine and cakes.
The cumulatie achievements should all be done on the way as you need lots of most resources and probably quite a bit over 200 bots to automate everything.
