How to unlock the One with the Clans achievement in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora - Definitive Guide

If you're getting a message saying "This quest cannot be completed at this time." when trying to finish the 'Zeswa community contributions part 3'. Then you most likely have to finish the quest 'flavors from the past' to be able to talk to 'kin' again.

There are three major areas of the game unlocked via campaign progression, each with its own tribe: Aranahe, Zeswa, and Kame'tire. In each Navi capital city there will eventually be a NPC available who unlocks the community quest. You can begin working on it before unlocking the quest chain, as any progress will count retroactively.

What the quest wants you do to is donate items to a certain number of the contribution bags within the Navi camps scattered around each area. You can see the camps on the map prior to discovering them, represented by some reddish tent drawings. There are maybe 60 or so in total, which is about twice as many as you need to complete this achievement.

You will want to interact with the bag in every camp to take the quests for each, the sooner the better so that you know what you need and you can start donating ASAP. Since you have an inventory limit, it's extremely useful to find the camps and take the quests as soon as you find them because your inventory bag will show you with a quest icon which items are important for a quest. This only happens if you have taken said quest. Without that you may waste an item that you would've needed. You can always get more, but that can be very time consuming in some cases.

All materials that can be used to complete a donation quest should be used for donating as opposed to crafting. You will get more than enough gear and food if you plan on doing all the achievements, and loot treasure boxes as you go.

Past the midway point in the game, the amount of possible materials you may be holding onto will be too much, and you should think about getting the bigger bag skill. You may also wish to start using your stash that you can find at outposts to dump excess stuff in case you need it later.

Througout the game, just looting and hoarding stuff will likely get you a lot of free completions since they ask for basic materials, but likely you will still be missing some come endgame.

First thing to do on reaching the endgame is check the reputation vendors in the cities, which appear with a blue dot on them, usually at the front of the city. Vendors can have items you need for the donations, and you will see a quest icon on the item if it's used in a quest.

Some donations ask for a crafed item. Many of these recipes only ask for a TYPE of material, so they may be easier to complete than the ones that need a specific quality of a specific item.

Aside from that, the in-game guide is really your best tool. You can find Youtube videos, but item spawn points are not the same every time. It gets frustrating finding the right quality in some cases, so hold on to all types of quality. Fine quality is sometimes the one you need! Don't throw them away for not being superior or exquisite.

Ultimately, planning will be your best tool for completing this quickly. Good luck.

Also the camps on the map appear as a blue dot when you have not contributed for this camp. When you have the icon will turn green so you can easily keep track of which camp you have already donated an item

The Aranahe 3 quest will not complete for me. I've done the 2nd area with no issues. It tells me to continue the story before I can turn it in, but my friend at the same spot can turn it in inside their game.

A side note is the place/contribution bag were you get the request from is were you have to donate the item you can't donate any item needed to any basket for the quest has to be the one that requested it i made that mistake. When you have the item in your inventory go to the quest for that item select the one with the item you have then view location on map will show you what camp to go to so just fast travel straight to it.

The ‘One with the Clans’ trophy is definitely one of the more time consuming and involved trophies that exists in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora.

The Community Contribution side quests require you to find a specific ingredient of a specific rarity and deliver it to a Na’vi camp - both smaller camps and main hub camps.

For instance, the Na’vi in the Foragers’ Meeting encampment will require 1 Lionberry Fiber (Fine) which needs to be found or foraged, and then donated to the community via the community basket.

Like a few other open-world activities, this  activity is three-fold:

  • Firstly, you'll need to find all the Na’vi camps (and clear the pollution nearby if it's polluted).
  • Next, you'll want to interact with the Community Basket to see what they want.
  • And finally, you'll need to find the item and deliver it to the basket, thus marking it as complete.

There are three regions in all, each with their own Na’vi clan (Aranahe community in the Kinglor Forest, Zeswa community in the Upper Plains, and Kame'tire who you can find in the Clouded Forest). You'll basically need to do around 15 Community Contributions for each clan - although that doesn't mean you have to do all the Na’vi camps, there's a little bit of leeway. For instance, the Kinglor Forest only requires 3 for part 1, 5 for part 2 and 7 for part 3, when there's more camps than that to max them out.

We found the best strategy was to first locate and initaite all the camps when possible, and then as soon as you pick up an item (whether found in a basket or by killing an animal/foraging a plant) take it to said camp. A quick side note too, there'll be a few instances where you can trade favour for an item that you need at a major hub area, so keep an eye out for these possibilities.

Note: Now, let's talk about the disclaimer that I made at the beginning of the trophy guide. Basically, as it stands in my own save, I can't actually continue with the Zeswa clan's contributions quest in the Upper Plains, because the game has put a “check” on the “Zaswa Community Contributions” side quest, saying “This quest cannot be completed at the moment. Continue progressing other quests.”

Now, here's the weird thing: firstly, I've finished the game and I'm back in the open-world post completing the final quest; and two, I've done pretty much every Upper Plains side quest as it stands, meaning there shouldn't be a reason to stop me progressing in this particular quest. That means three things then: firstly, it's either bugged; secondly, it’s missable; or lastly, it's reliant on another side quest I've not done yet. Now, considering the other two regions are fine (post-game), we're going to put it down to a bug/glitch, which we hope gets patched.

Regardless of that, below you'll find a list of most of the region's Na’vi camps (it's just missing the Hometree from what I can tell), and what materials (and what rarity) they need, so you can start saving up as soon as possible (and don't accidentally feed them to your Ikran, like we did, ha).

Below you will find most of the Community Contributions that you need to make in order to unlock the ‘One with the Clans’ trophy:

My quest for donations to the Zeswa clan did not appear until I completed the side quest Spirit of the Past, where you need to cook two dishes for Khan'epe and deliver gifts of friendship to Aranaha and Zeswa.

There are 3 clans in the game
1) Aranje
2)Kam'tir
3) Zesva
We take the task for donation in the main settlement, after completion we find small camps of each of the clans and make donations there, after completing 3 parts of each of the clan they will give a trophy.
Everything is easy to find through the hunter’s guide, don’t forget to attach the ingredient when you look for what you need, when you use R1 it will be highlighted in a different color, if you put the resources you found in the basket, then it’s generally great. Unfortunately, I donated most of the resources to the clans, which essentially shouldn’t have been done.
!!!I recommend that when preparing food, cook through recipes!!!
