How to unlock the Talk to the Ancestors achievement in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora - Definitive Guide

On your in game map look for pink ‘pillars’ , head to these to find & unlock various ancestor skills by connecting with the applicable plant … ‘simples!’
However, as of launch this is yet another achievement reluctant to ‘pop’, particularly if playing in co op, hopefully a future patch will rectify this.

There are 12 Ancestor Skills you can unlock in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, and these skills are generally powerful passive perks or abilities that will make your life so much easier.

In order to unlock an Ancestor Skill, you'll need to seek out what are known as Tarysu Flowers (not to be confused with Tarysu Saplings), which once you find them, will reward you with a new Ancestor Skill and 2 lovely skill points to spend.

As I said, there's 12 in all, but seek out just 3, and you'll unlock the ‘Talk to the Ancestors’ trophy. They’ll be usually marked on the map with a large flower icon with a purple hue around it - and when you’re close enough, you can hover the reticule over them on the map to see what skill they contain.
