You will require:
4 Artifact containment facilities
An upgraded research facility
Expedition Centre (Upgrade is recommended)
Once all four are activated you will bag this achievement and also one for activating the cleansing artifact.

This one and Cleansed bugged for me. Both of them didn’t unlock after activating the artifacts. I reloaded a save, activated again and nothing happened. They finally unlocked when I rebooted the console, reloaded the save and activated the artifacts again.
