Some of the requirements for this mission can be quite challenging if you don't plan for them, and you can end wasting a lot of time trying to keep things afloat. I'm referring to the missions related to population morale.

At specific times of the mission, you will be required to keep your population morale above 75, 80, 85 and 90%.

For starters, make sure you have a fluent income of energy, iron and nanites, and keep food and water income under control.

Be aware that, as time passes, buildings will start to break much more often, so the more spread your settlement and the longer you play, the more annoying to maintain will be. Grow steadily, but not too much.

Now, to keep people morale high, whenever you create new housing, make sure to add as well in the surroundings: air vent, bar/grill, retail center, vr center, park, hospital, police drone station and enhancer dispensary (try to have only xenoglow active, as the other enhancements affect health or crime negatively).

In case you need a final punch or 1 or 2 points, you can enable 'free gaming' (costs electricity, so remember to disable upon mission completion), or add a few bar&grill, park and retail centers around.

To complete the map, you'll need to recover, research and enable two artifacts.

The first one is in your surroundings, so you'll need to pick it up with you builder drones. Once acquired and stored in the containment building, you need to research it. This is done in the Research Center. Enable the artifact to complete the mission

The second artifact is in the overworld, so you'll need to build an Expedition Center. Once you have a ship available, start exploring and eventually you will find the artifact. You need to make the ship return. Upon return, again Research Center and enable artifact.
