The is a glitch/exploit that makes this really easy. You start with 3 lives. You want to lose your lives and go into a negative count for lives. To do this you need to get hit by 2 objects simultaneously when on your last life. If done correctly, you'll have -1 lives and the game will let you continue. Just make sure you always stay in the negative and the game will let you keep going regardless of how many times you're hit. If you have trouble getting hit properly by 2 simultaneously, just keep quitting the game and restart it. You should keep getting the same pattern that way. The 1st pattern always seem to have a good double pair very early. You want a pair that are side by side and equal height. Then position yourself to be in the middle. Done right and both should make contact.
