This is after you are alone and you have to navigate the cave system, this trophy unlocks as you navigate the whirlpool and climb up above it.

It should unlock shortly after the narrator says "these caves are full of amphobians, which gives our Sugarglider a spurce of protien" or words to that effect.

Whirlpool
The whirlpool is a pain in the bum, you must glide to the first log you see and then L2 and X to the second when it comes close, I did manage to hit the second one time but the protgatonist fell off that time.
It's all about timing, you'll fail alot if you don't have good timing in games in general.
