Must be at the latest patch as of 5/12/21
If it was stuck on your account before then, sinply eat another Black Widdow and you game will unlock the trophy.
A prime time to do this if you haven't is when you have defended your mother and sister in the new nest during natural storyline. Pres and hold R2 to pick up the Spider and hold Square (or tap it if it won't work) to eat it. Allow the poison to wear off before eating another.
