You need to get all the sketches and all of the paint tubes to get this achievement.

The paint tubes are located in:
Chapter 2
Chapter 3
Chapter 7
Chapter 13, there are 2 in this level
Chapter 15
Chapter 18
Chapter 21

The Sketches are located in:
Chapter 1
Chapter 2
Chapter 8
Chapter 10
Chapter 14
Chapter 17
Chapter 22
Chapter 23

If you are missing any of these and don't know which one just enter the levels it can be in a press the back button on the controller and it will pop up with some stats in the bottom right and if there is a star next to any of the 3 things there is something to collect in the level you haven't already collected.

For this achievement you need to locate the eight tubes of paint within the game. The Tubes are in

Chapter 1 - flowers on top left
Chapter 2 - tree with flowers
Chapter 8 - pine cone once it is moved
Chapter 10 - rock next to bird
Chapter 14 - large red hat to the right of car
Chapter 17 - metal electrical box with mini game after mini game is completed
Chapter 22 - frozen object in ice on left side
Chapter 23 - statue with boss door below


If you miss one of the tubes and have to go through the game again to find it. When you have found them all just click on the outro chapter and watch and continue at the end to get the achievement.

If you press the Back button during any level, you will see icons representing each item you need to collect. On the bottom right you will see icons representing a paint tube and a painting. If there is a star next to the icon, you still need to collect that item in the current level.

For this achievement you need both the paint tubes and paintings. However, the achievement will not unlock until the ending scene plays out. It will not unlock when you collect all the necessary items.

Also note that the car level (not the seperate mini-game) has quite a few paint tubes located throughout.
