I guess since the guy who did the last two guides stopped posting them, I'll add the entries for Autumn and Winter. This achievement is for completing Chapter 21-24 in Winter, and this is taken from the x360a forums, posted by user "entrax":

Chapter 21 : Winter : Deep Sleep Fishing (1 Bone , 1 collor Tube)
--------------------------------------------------------------

- Click on log right side of dog.
- Click on bottom side penguin.
- Click on penguin when the fish is under the pinguin.
- Click on the monster above the dog.
- Click on wooden boards under wooden shelter.
- Click on on the eaten fish on top of shelter. 3 times 3 fish
- Click on rope on top of shelter.
- Click on frozen man in water.
- Click on sled.
- Click on frozen waterfall right hand side.
- Click on the side of the slope where the monster whas it's hard to see but right side of the shelter (shed). "Dog's Dinner 20/20"
- Obtained : Dog's Dinner (10G)
- Click on sled.
- Click on frozen man.
- Click on red arrow, (obtained color tube) and chapter complete.

Chapter 22 : Winter : Troubles Melt Away (1 Painting).

- Click on the wheel of the first machine.
- Click on the second, the third and the fourth.
- Click on the little gritter at the bottom af the screen it's located under the dog.
- Click on the pointy rock top of screen middle.
- Click on the metal thing where the pipes are where the rock droped in.
- Click on the top connection (pipe) between the 2 water containers, the 2 right one.
- Click on the frozen man.
- Click again on the connection (pipe).
- Click on the end of the hose, left hand side.
- Click on the ice crystal left hand side, (Painting obtained).
- Click on the red arrow chapter complete.

Chapter 23 : Winter : Beating A Path (1 Painting).

- Click on the valve left hand side where you are standing.
- Click on the 6 crystal right hand side. a little bit further from where you start.
- Click on the robot arm top side of screen.
- Click 3 times on big staute in middle of screen.
- Click on big statue. (Painting obtained).
- Click above the 6 lit crystal above the first one a little bit to the left, click 2 times.
- Click on valve.
- Click on wrench.
- Click on middle crystal formation.
- Click on top side of the screen above the statue left arm (right hand side) above the statue's hand click on the gritter.
- Click on the chains of the statue, around her middle.
- Click on the little thingy she dropped.
- Click on the right hand side stick.
- Click on the right hand side gritter above the 6 lid crystals.
- Click on the dog.
- Click on the third stick.
- Click on the chair left of the robot's hand.
- Click on the robot's hand.
- Now you have to play the meoldy you hear in the background with the 4 sticks, just press this button sequence.
- A,B,X,A,B,Y
- Click on the red arrow , chapter complete.

Chapter 24 : Winter : Shadow Of The Ice Giant.

- You have to defeat the giant , just simply follow the button sequence to defeat him.
- Click on the golden key.

NOTE:I'm sure some of you following this guide panicked when you got the last painting and didn't get the achievement for finishing it. DON'T WORRY! The painting achievement pops during the outro, when Axel goes to finish his painting. It will show him painting it, and then he hangs up the drawings you've collected throughout the game. If you found them all, achievement unlocked. I also got the achievements for 42,000 points in the campaign and for not using hints. Hope this helped!
