Grass appears in a few different ways. Some are bushes that can be destroyed for Health/Nano, others are just blades of grass on the ground. Either type works for this trophy.
The best locations to find grass are Giguna Steppes, Uhrum Valley, and Mount Ebih. Grass also respawns if you move 2 screens away from them, so find an area that works well for you, and mow those lawns!
