For this trophy, you need to get through the entire game without killing any boss enemies (i.e. any bosses that have trophies associated with them).
It's recommended to do this on your low % Speedrun, as you'll just be focusing on beating the game so you'll want to avoid all the enemies anyways.
Make sure you do not accidentally kill any large enemies, this includes the Robopede in the Breach as well. If you kill a boss by accident, close your game app so it doesn't save, then reload from the last save you made. Providing you did not kill any bosses, this trophy will pop after the escape sequence at the end.
Of course, the Indra human boss and the final boss do not negate this trophy, as they need to be defeated in order to finish the game.
