- When you enter the building with the survivors through the basement door, go up to the main floor and enter the little office. The Skull is sitting underneath a desk with a laptop on it.

This easy to follow video will show you the locations of ALL 10 SECRETS in the game "Back 4 Blood".
All of the secrets are more like collectibles, they are Gold Skulls held by a black hand.
Each Secret will unlock it's own achievement, there is no cumulative achievement for getting all of them.
This game is sorted by ACTS, CHAPTERS & MISSIONS.
Each CHAPTER has one secret, I point out what MISSION to find each one in the video and in the timestamps below:

Hello Everyone!
This can be accomplished in ACT 1 Chapter "Book Worms." Shortly after leaving the safehouse and progressing naturally, you will come across a giant green shamrock or clover sign. Progress a little further through an alleyway to the left hand side of the level where you have to go for the main campaign objective. Once you blow up the propane tanks, head through the house and up the stairs, immediately turn left and the Golden Skull collectible is behind the office desk that has some copper on top of it. Please see the attached video if you prefer visual representation. Good Luck!

In this video guide I will show you how to find the secret in "Search & Rescue". This secret is found in Act1, level called Book Worms. Once you leave the safe room you will pass by a clover shaped restaurant, down an alley, and down some stairs where you will need to shoot some barrels to clear the way. Once inside you will need to go upstairs and to your left to where there is a desk and the skull is under the desk.
