This secret can be found in Act 2 - The Armory - A CALL TO ARMS. After making your way through the parking garage drop down and make your way behind the second house and you'll find a small chicken coop beside the second house and the secret will be inside the window of the chicken coop.

#5 - (3:00) - ACT#2 “The Armory” Secret - Part 1/2 “A CALL TO ARMS”
- After you leave the parking garage you will enter a mini neighborhood area. If you follow the wall on the right side of this area you will pass some tools and get to a backyard garden area. The Skull is inside a chicken coop within the garden.

All of the secrets are more like collectibles, they are Gold Skulls held by a black hand.
Each Secret will unlock it's own achievement, there is no cumulative achievement for getting all of them.
This game is sorted by ACTS, CHAPTERS & MISSIONS.
Each CHAPTER has one secret, I point out what MISSION to find each one in the video and in the timestamps below:

Secrets are golden skull like trophy things, you need to interact with them by pressing x to unlock the achievement. There are 10 in the game in total.
This particular secret is located in Act 2 - Call to Arms. After exiting the car park drop down to the right and take a left into the gardens. Follow them all the way to the end and you will find a chicken coop with the collectable inside

Hello Everyone!
This can be accomplished in ACT 2 Chapter "A Call to Arms." Progress naturally through the level until you destroy the veins to the main nest and defeating the horde that follows. Once defeated, head outside of the parking garage and immediately head to the left hand side of the housing development site. Continue along the left side and follow the path that will wrap around, eventually leading to multiple gardens and a chicken coop. The Golden Skull collectible is inside of the chicken coop. Please see the attached video if you prefer visual representation. Good Luck!
