Pusflingers are the enemies with green vials attached to them that throw said vial at you throughout most of act 5.
Simply find or purchase a bait jar in the chest and lob one right at the feller.

You should add it has to be a direct hit. I tried throwing it at their feet a couple times hoping the area of effect would be wide enough to affect them, but that doesn't count.

Also to note. You can find these enemies without the DLC needed. You will be waiting on a the corruption card to add the pusflinger however.
