The fastest way to load hives (and start with a good amount of cards) is to run the first level of act 3, as it has more potential spawn points for hives than the first mission. It’s completely random for which hive you’ll get, and if you don’t get a spawn you can just back out to the camp area and try again. However, this can be done on the easiest difficulty. You do not need to own the DLC to unlock this, just play with someone who does.

If you get that perk that weighs you down and makes you slow, just intentionally die and take over one of the bots and you’ll be back to normal speed.

From the centre area take the left path through the webbing which requires crouching and proceed into the area where there are bottomless pits. When entering this area, there is a webbed room to the left with a ramp to the right hand side. From the ramp, you can jump onto a ledge above the webbing to find the Golden Skull here.
